摘要
在中日邦交正常化的历史进程中 ,周恩来的民间外交思想与实践 ,作为官方外交的基础和补充 ,发挥了独特的历史作用。同时 ,这一重大历史问题的解决 ,也是日本民间对华友好人士长时期共同努力的结果 ,其中 ,日本创价学会会长池田大作所做的贡献尤为引人注目。首先 ,在中日两国关系走到历史“瓶颈”的关键时刻 ,池田大作发表“日中邦交正常化倡言”,为日本朝野指明了实现中日邦交正常化的正确方向和基本途径。其次 ,以“日中邦交正常化倡言”的思想为指导 ,池田大作创建的公明党充当了中日邦交正常化谈判的先行者 ,从原则与细则方面 ,与中国方面达成共识 ,为中日邦交正常化清扫了障碍。
Zhou Enlai's concept of people's diplomacy and its practice did play a unique role in the historical course of the normalization of Sino Japan relationship. On the other hand, it was also an effect of long term joint efforts of pro China Japanese friends to make the great event occurred. Among them, Daisaku Ikeda, President of the Soka Gakkai (Value Creation Society), stands out well for his contributions to the normalization of Sino Japan relationship. First, it was him who put forth 'A Proposal to Normalize Japan China Relationship' at a vital moment of 'bottleneck,' pointing out the right direction and basic way to normalize Sino Japan relationship. Second, following the ideas of the proposal, Komeito (Clean Government Party), founded by him, became a pioneer in negotiations for the normalization, paving the way by reaching common understanding with China in both principles and details.
