摘要
目的:探讨七叶皂苷(商口名称:迈之灵)在烧伤所致肢体水肿的临床疗效。方法:选择89例四肢部位烧烫伤病例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组除了常规治疗外,给予迈之灵片300mg,bid,对照组仅给予常规治疗。分别观察各组病例的肢体水肿的疗效。结果:治疗组的患肢水肿消退快,而且无副作用,P均<0.05。结论:应用迈之灵对于改善烧伤所致的肢体水肿有明显疗效。
Objective：To study clinical effect of Aescuven forte on edema by burn. Methods： Eighty-nine patients with edema by burn were divided into the treated group and control group. The treated group was treated with Aescuven forte on the basis of usual treatment. Results： After treatment, the edema in the treated group passed more quickly than that in control group, the difference between the two groups was significant （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Aescuven forte has obvious curative effect on the edema on the limbs by burn.
