摘要
目的观察马栗种子提取物对隆鼻术和重睑术后肿胀的治疗效果。方法隆鼻术32例、重睑术48例,分别随机抽样分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服马栗种子提取物片,术后3、7、10d进行观察比较。术区肿胀程度用视觉模拟评分法(visual analogue scales,VAS)评估。结果隆鼻术和重睑术治疗组的消肿效果明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论马栗种子提取物可以对隆鼻术和重睑术组织肿胀起到加速消退作用,术后3d即有明显疗效,所有服用药物的求术者未出现不良反应,值得在整形美容手术中推广。
Objective To observe the effects of horse chestnut seeds extract in the treatment of swelling after rhinoplasty and double eyelid surgery. Methods Thirty - two patients after rhinoplasty and forty -eight patients after double eyelid surgery were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. Patients in the treatment group were given horse chestnut seeds extract tablets. The swellings of patients in both groups were observed according to procedures of visual analogue scales （VAS） on day 3,7 and 10. Results The elimination of swelling was earlier and more conspicuous in the treatment group than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion Elimination of swelling after rhinoplasty and double eyelid surgery were accelerated by the treatment of horse chestnut seeds extract. The effect was observed on day 3 after the surgery, and no side effects happened. It is worth popularizing in plastic surgery.
