摘要
首次采用代谢通量分析法对黄原胶发酵过程的实验数据进行了定量分析,根据黄单胞菌的胶合成及糖分解代谢机理求得了产胶期的内部代谢通量分布,得出了得率与呼吸商间的关系式;并根据一定维持机理求得了维持系数、P/O及理论得率等。
For the first time, the xanthan fermentation data was analyzed using the metabolic flux analysis method. According to the xanthan biosynthetic and glucose catabolism pathway for X.campestris, the metabolic flux distribution in the cell was calculated and the relation between yield and respiratory quotient was acquired. Supposed a constant maintenance mechanism, the maintenance coefficients P/O and the theoretical yield were estimated.
