摘要
在利用糖多孢红色链霉菌HB发酵生产红霉素的过程中,于48 h向发酵液中加入钼酸钠,通过对代谢途径关键调控酶活力的测定以及运用高效液相色谱法对发酵液中相关有机酸含量的测定,结论显示:当发酵液中钼酸钠的加入量为0.056 g/100 mL时,部分代谢流向有利于红霉素生物合成的方向迁移,在一定程度上提高了红霉素的生产速率和产量.
During the process of utilizing Saccharopolyspora erythraea HB to ferment and produce erythromytin, add Na2MoO4 to the fermented broth after the fermented course lasts 48 hours. Adopt to the determination of the activity of some key regulatory enzymes in the metabolic pathway, and HPLC was utilized to determine relevant organic acid content of the fermented broth. The results show that.when the adding amount of Na2MoO4 is 0. 056 g/100 mL in the fermented broth, some metabolic fluxes move to the routes favorable to the biosynthesis of erythromycin; to some extent,we have raised the production speed and output of erythromycin.
