骨水泥型双动股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折 被引量:3

摘要 目的:总结骨水泥型人工双动股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的经验。方法:对我院1998年5月~2006年3月间行骨水泥型人工双动股骨头置换术治疗的75岁以上的52例股骨颈骨折患者进行回顾性分析、评估。按Garden分型,Ⅲ型20例,Ⅳ型32例。其中,进口假体15例,国产假体37例。结果:39例患者获得平均2年的随访,采用Harris评分标准,优30例,良18例,可4例,优良率为92.3%。结论:骨水泥型人工双动股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折效果满意。
