摘要
目的：总结采用双动股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折的临床经验和治疗体会.方法：对我院2008年1 月～2009年6月行人工双动股骨头置换术治疗的70 岁以上的11例股骨颈骨折患者进行回顾性分析、评估.结果：11例患者安全度过围手术期,随访3月至1年均恢复正常生活.结论：做好围手术期处理,采用双动股骨头置换治疗高龄股骨颈骨折效果满意.
Object To summarise the curative effect of bipolar femoral head replacement for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture. Methods The data of 11 patients who underwent bipolar femoral head replacement with femoral neck fracture between Jan 2008 and June 2009 was retrospec- tive collected. Results All the patients discharged successfully and walked normally with 3 months to one year follow-- up. Conclusion With the well treatment in peroperative period, bipolar femoral head replacement for elderly patients with femoral neck fracture in primary hospital can get satisfac- tory effect.
