摘要
新中国建立后近半个世纪以来,党推行了一系列开发少数民族和民族地区人力资源的政策,该政策在取得重大成效的同时,也存在着许多误区和不足,回顾和总结我国民族地区人力资源开发政策的经验与教训,不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且具有重大深远的现实意义。
Since 1949, CPC has implemented a series of policies for the development of human resources in the minority area of China, which has led to great achievements though there still exist weak points. An objective study of these policies will have great theoretical and far - reaching practical significance.
