摘要
本文在对人口较少民族人力资本存量短缺的现状和原因的分析基础上,针对人口较少民族区别于其他民族的特点,提出了提高人口较少民族人力资本存量的对策措施。
On the analysis of the current situations and reasons of the human capital of the scarcely populated minorities and aiming at the differences between the scarcely populated minorities and other na- tionalities, the article puts forward some strategies and measures for increasing the human capital storage of scarcely populated minorities.
