摘要
Zr基非晶合金具有很强的非晶形成能力,可在小于103 K/s临界冷却速率条件下获得。近年的研究表明,Zr基非晶合金具有高强度、超塑性、高弹性、高硬度、高耐磨性、高耐腐蚀性和优异的加工成形等性能,有着广阔的应用前景。本文总结了Zr基非晶合金的形成机理,着重对Zr基非晶合金的力学性能、耐腐性能、加工性能等进行了综述。
Zr-based amorphous alloy exhibits excellent glass-forming ability, which can be obtained at a low critical cooling rate(〈 10^3 K/s). The alloy possesses excellent properties, such as: high strength, high elasticity, high hardness, high wear-resistance, good corrosion resistance and outstanding processing properties. Zr-based amorphous alloy should have a promising application potential. The forming mechanism of Zr-based amorphous alloy was summarized. The properties of Zr-based amorphous alloy, including mechanical property, corrosion resistance and processing ability were reviewed.
