Cu_(60)Zr_(29)Ti_(11)大块非晶合金的粘度特征和强液体行为

THE VISCOSITY PROPERTIES AND STRONG LIQUID BEHAVIOR OF Cu_(60)Zr_(29)Ti_(11) BULK METALLIC GLASS

摘要 采用铜模铸造法制备了Cu60Zr29Ti11大块非晶合金,用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、三点压弯式粘度仪对该非晶合金的动力学性质进行了研究.测定了大块非晶合金Cu60Zr29Ti11在过冷液相区的粘度,得到了它的动力学脆性系数m=30.848,以及流变激活能E=63.437 kJ/mol.表明大块非晶合金Cu60Zr29Ti11是一种强液体.分析了合金在过冷态的流变激活能变化规律,发现流变激活能的变化并不符合K ivelson的super-Arrhenius公式. Cu60 Zr29 Ti11 bulk metallic glass rod was casted by copper mold casting method. The dynamic viscosity near the glass transition region for Cu60 Zr29 Ti11 was measured using three -point beam bending methods. The fragility parameter m and active energy for viscous flow were calculated to be fragility parameter m = 30.848 and Activation energy for viscous flow E = 63. 437 kJ/mol respectively. It is shown that the supercooled liquid of Cu60 Zr29 Ti11 alloy is strong liquid. It was found that Kivelson~ super - Arrhenius equation is not suitable for description of the active energy in supercooled region of Bulk metallic glass.
