摘要
用热型连铸工艺制备自生复合材料Cu-Cr合金,并测量其力学性能和导电率。结果表明,制备的含Cr量1.81%的自生复合Cu-Cr合金力学性能和电学性能优越。导电率可达到81.7%IACS,在未经冷变形强化的情况下抗拉强度达416MPa,延伸率达28.6%,可以实现工业化生产。
In-situ composites Cu-Cr alloy is prepared by the heated mold continuous casting process, the mechanical performance and electrical conductivity are measured. The results show that the mechanical performance and electrical conductivity of the prepared in-situ composites Cu-Cr alloy with 1.81 % Cr content are excellent, the conductivity reaches to 81.7 % IACS, and the tensile strength is 416 MPa, elongation is up to 28.6 % without any cold transmutation strengthening and heat treatment. This Cu-base in-situ composite can be produced in commercial process.
