摘要
目前高校管理所面临的困境是沿用了计划经济时代的管理体制,不利于促进大学健康发展。为了促进高等教育科学发展,必须要按照科学发展观的要求,从更新管理观念,创新管理机制,打造新的管理队伍,搭建和谐平台等方面构建起大学的现代管理,形成保障高校健康发展的良性机制。
At present, the dilemma faced by the university administration is the following of the management system in the planned economy, which is unfavorable for the promotion of the universities＇ healthy development. In order to promote the scientific development of the higher education, the construction of modem university administration to form a benign mechanism to safeguard the universities＇ healthy development must defer to the requirements of the Scientific Outlook on Development, through updating management ideas, innovating management mechanism, creating the new management staff, and building harmonious platform.
