摘要
精品课程建设是高校教学质量与教学改革工程的重要组成部分,精品课程建设包括建设与应用两个方面。树立师生对精品课程的科学认识,创新管理机制,是加强精品课程建设与应用的有效途径。
The construction of top-quality courses, which are an important part of high-school educational quality and reform, includes the two aspects of construction and application. Building up scientific cognition and innovative management system is an effective way to strengthen the construction of top-quality courses.
