摘要
目的研究发展性团体心理咨询对新生心理健康的影响。方法针对2006级252名新生,参加5周"综合素质训练"的发展性团体心理咨询。评价维度为人格因素、应对方式以及对团体的反馈。测量工具为卡特尔人格问卷(The sixteen per-sonality factor questionnaire,16PF)和自编主观问卷。人格问卷分别作团体咨询前和5周团体咨询结束的测评比较。主观问卷作为成员离开团体一年的回访。结果团体心理咨询前后团体成员的多项人格因素和次级人格因素以及健康指数有差异,而且差异有意义。主观问卷反映,团体成员参加团体咨询后,应对能力增强。结论发展性团体心理咨询能促进新生心理健康,也深受学生青睐。
Objective To study the effect of developing group psychological consultation on freshmen's psychological health. Methods A total number of 252 freshmen in Grade 2006 participated in a five-week developing group psychological consultation for "comprehensive making training". The evaluating dimensions were personality factors, replying manners and the feedback to the team. The surveying tools were the sixteen personality factor questionnaire, 16PF and some self organized subjective questionnaires. The personality questionnaire was used before and after the five-week group psychological consultation. The subjective questionnaire was used for the followup one year later. Results The indices showed significant differences of multi-personality factors, hypo-personality factors and health before and after the group psychological consultation. The subjective questionnaire reflected that the team members' replying competence was built up. Conclusion Developing group psychological consultation can contribute to freshmen's psychological health, thus favored by them.
