摘要
高校毕业生职业发展前景以及薪资目标会对其社会发展价值产生积极影响。面对专业学科整体发展动态,对毕业生实习单位合理划分,对实习单位选择提供有效的因素分析。立足职业生涯规划对高校毕业生发展前景积极引导,有效探究其心理因素以及社会发展因素,充分发挥职业生涯规划所具有的潜在价值。研究表明,明确实习内在矛盾并将其进行有效的转化,使得高校毕业生实习单位选择路径具有科学性及准确性。
University graduates＇ career development prospects and salary targets can make positive effects on their social develop- ment value. Based on the whole development trend of professional disciplines, this paper has made a reasonable division of graduates＇ practice units, provided effective factor analysis for choosing practice units, guided actively university graduates＇ development pros- pects from the perspective of career planning, explored effectively their psychological factors and social factors, and fully exploited po- tential value of career planning. The studies have shown that we should specify the internal contradictions of practice and make effective conversion in order to make the ways of university students＇ choosing practice units more scientific and accurate.
