摘要
本文从关注图书馆馆员快乐感受出发,阐述馆员的快乐指数与工作满意度、读者满意度密切相关。要提高馆员的快乐指数,既需要管理方面体现人性化,即实施快乐管理,更需要馆员积极培养热爱本职工作的情感,以使图书馆与馆员均能达到和谐快乐的状态。
This paper concerns Librarians from feelings of happiness, the happiness index on librarians and job satisfaction, closely related to satisfaction of readers, to improve the librarians happiness index, which calls for the management of human nature, that is the happy management, Librarians also need to cultivate positive feelings love their work, so that libraries and librarians can reach the happy state of harmony.
