摘要
针对目前高校图书馆存在馆员不受尊重的现状,分析了尊重馆员在图书馆服务质量改善中的作用,提出了“尊重馆员”的具体的措施。
In the light of the present situation that the librarians aren＇t respected in university library, this paper analyzes on the functions of respecting the librarians in the improvement of service quality of the library, and advances some measures for respecting the librarians.
