馆员是图书馆事业的灵魂,是图书馆各项工作中最基本、最活跃、最关键的因素,也是实现图书馆现代化的先决条件。因此,尊重理解馆员是图书馆管理的关键。
The librarians are the soul of the libraries, the most basic, most active, and the most important factor. The staffs of the library can also be regarded as the prerequisite to the realization of the modernization of libraries. For this reason, respecting and understanding the staffs of the library is the key to the library management.
