从政府管制理论和经济学的角度剖析了两部制定价的优点,介绍了国内外天然气行业中游和下游的两部制定价方案,探讨了各种方案的优缺点。
The advantages of two-part pricing are analyzed from the point of view of the government regulation theory and economics. Some two-part pricing schemes used in the middle-stream and downstream sectors of natural gas industry at home and abroad are introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes are discussed .
