摘要
对课堂教学的评价不能以"教"为中心,只把教学看成知识传授的过程,而制定一系列的指标评价知识传授的水平。要从理念上和实际操作上按照新的标准来衡量课堂教学的过程和成效,并且要建立可操作的评价程序。本文提出了高校在进行课堂教学评价时要把教师看作"复杂人"而不是"经济人"的思想,指出要树立变鉴定性的教学质量评价为发展性评价的理念。并对科学、客观地开展课堂教学评价的重要举措进行了论述。
A class teaching quality evaluation system should focus not only on the teaching process but also on the knowltedge teaching level. It is important to see a teacher as a complex man instead of a rational-economil man in the class eaching guality evaluation in universities. Also it is necessany to change class teaching evaluation from an appraisal angle to a develop angle.
