摘要
为了解高职旅游酒店管理专业学生的职业选择与学习状况,笔者对北京某职业学院2005级旅游酒店管理专业的学生进行了问卷调查与访谈。调查发现,尽管学生比较认同自己的专业选择,但职业心理准备不足,学习的兴趣也不高。因此,有必要对学生进行适当的专业选择与职业指导教育。
In order to understand students＇ career choice and studying situation of tourist hotel management specialty in higher vocational colleges, the author conducted a survey and interviews with 2005 tourist hotel management specialty students at one of higher vocational college in Beijing. The result showed the lack of occupational psychological preparation and lower learning interest despite students＇ recognition of their specialty choice. Therefore, it is necessary for the students to take appropriate specialty selection and career guidance education.
