摘要
目的探讨杀虫剂粉唑醇的遗传毒性。方法应用Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、慧星试验研究粉唑醇的遗传毒性。结果Ames试验中,TA97、TA98、TA100和TA102 4个标准菌株无论代谢活化或非代谢活化,皆为阴性结果;小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验,与阴性对照组比较,差异无统计学意义;慧星试验中各评价指标与溶剂对照组比较差异无统计学意义。慧星试验剂量80 mg/(kg.bw)时,尾部DNA含量与溶剂对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而其他评价指标与溶剂对照组比较差异无统计学意义。Ames试验、小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验、慧星试验试验结果均为阴性。结论在本次实验条件下,粉唑醇无遗传毒性。
Objective To study the genotoxicity of bactericide flutriafol. Methods The Ames test, micronucleus test and comet assay were used to detect the genotoxiclty of bactericide flutriafol. Results With and without S9 activation, there were negative results of the TA97, TA98, TA100 and TA102 strains in Ames test. The micronucleus rates in all doses were not significantly different from that of the control group. For the tail DNA% of comet assay there was a significant difference between the negative control and the treated group(P 〉 0.05 ) in dose of 80 mg/( kg· bw), while there was no significant difference between the negative control and the treated groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) in other dose. The results of genetic toxicity tests were all negative. Conclusion The bactericide flutriafol had no genetic toxicity in this test.
