00Cr21Ni6Mn9N属于Cr-Ni-Mn-N系单相奥氏体不锈钢。通过大量的试验发现该钢中C含量是影响晶间腐蚀性能的主要因素;同时该钢在制管过程中内表面形成较厚的残留氧化物,如果不采取特殊手段进行清理,这也将在一定程度上影响其晶腐性能。通过对这些因素的研究,摸索出了改善该钢晶间腐蚀性能的措施是将C含量尽量降低,最好控制在0.03%以内;改进酸洗工艺,确保钢管内表面形成的残留氧化物得到及时清除。
00Cr21Ni6Mr9N is a kind of Cr- Ni- Mo- N single - phase austenitic stainless steel. Numerous tests showed that the key reason affecting intergranular corrosion property was carbon content, and heavy residual oxides was formed during rolling, if these residual oxides is not be cleaned up, it may also affected the intergranular corrosion property. Through the research on these factors, the measures to improve intergranular corrosion property was found out, that is, to decrease the carbon content as low as possible, aim control is 0.03 %, and to improve acid pickling process in order to clean up residual oxides formed on internal surface of steel pipe in time.
