摘要
采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)观察酸洗后钢板表面的形貌和检测化学组成,借助XRD分析了欠酸洗的残留氧化物为Fe2O3,Fe3O4。通过正交试验确定最佳酸洗工艺为:酸洗浓度200g/l,酸洗温度700c,酸洗时间45s,或酸洗浓度220g/l,酸洗温度70℃,酸洗时间45s。
Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS) was used to observe the mor- phology of steel plate surface after pickling, and the remain oxides of the steel surface was analysised to beFe2O3 and Fe3O4 by XRD. Then the optimal pickling process was determined through orthogonal test to be: Acid concentration 200 g/l, Pickling temperature 70"C, Pickling time 45s, Acid concentration 22000 g/l, Pickling temperature 70℃ and Pickling time 45s.
