摘要
目的:建立一种气相色谱法测定原料药头孢甲肟中异丙醇残留量。方法:选正丙醇作内标物,在TPA改性聚乙二醇毛细管柱上进行组分分离,效果良好。检测器为FID;载气为氮气;进样口温度200℃;柱温100℃;检测器温度250℃;结果:平均回收率异丙醇100.88%。结论:该方法克服了进样量不准确的特点,重现性好,精度高。
Objective： To determine the content of isopropanol in Cefmenoxime with the method of gaschromatography. Methods： choose propanol as the internal standard, and separate each componet on a polyethylene glycol TAP capiLlary column.The effect is well.The oven temperature was set at 100℃ with injector at 200℃ and FID temperature at 250℃ . Results： the average recovery was at 100.88% .Conclusion： the method is the characters of reproducibility and precision.
