摘要
目的建立气相色谱法测定锡类散中冰片含量的方法。方法采用改性聚乙二醇HP-I NNOWax Polyethylene Glycol毛细管柱;FID检测器;以N2为载气。结果冰片在0.1608～0.4824mg.mL-1范围内线性良好(r=0.9996),平均回收率97.7%(RSD=1.1%)。结论本法简便、快速、准确。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of Borneol in Xilei Powder by GC.METHODS A HP-INNOWax Polyethylene Glycol column was used.Flame ionization detector.The carrier gas was Nitrogen.RESULTS The linear range for Borneol was 0.1608～0.4824mg（r=0.9996）,the average recovery was 97.7%（n=6）,with RSD 1.1%.CONCLUSION The method used for the determination of Borneol in Xilei Powder is simple,timesaving and accurate.
