摘要
目的:比较栽培与野生花锚中去甲氧基花锚苷和花锚苷在不同生长期的含量变化以及在同一生长期内栽培与野生花锚不同部位有效成分的含量变化。方法:RP—HPLC 法,使用 VP—ODS C_(18)柱(5 μm,150 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液,梯度洗脱[0~5.00min 乙腈的体积分数(以下同)为15%;5.01~14.00 min 由15%线性递增至25%;14.01~30.00 min 由25%线性递增至40%],流速为1.0 mL·min^(-1),柱温25℃,检测波长254 nm。结果:去甲氧基花锚苷和花锚苷分别在0.68~3.40μg和0.74~3.68μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率(n=5)分别为99.7%和98.8%。结论:栽培与野生花锚中的有效成分含量均在夏季达到最高,秋季最低;不同的人工管理措施可能造成去甲氧基花锚苷和花锚苷积累的差异。
Objective:Comparing the conten change of demethoxyhaleniaside and haleniaside in different growth period and different parts between cultivatedmd wild Halenia ellipitica. Method: Determine the content of demethoxyhaleniaside and haleniaside by RP - HPC with VP - ODS C18 column (5 μm, 150 mm× 4. 6 mm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile- 0. 1% phospbric acid with gradient elution [0 -5.00 min acetonitrile was 15%, 5.01 - 14.00 min from 15% to 25% ,14.01-30.00 min from 25% to 40% ]. The flow rate was 1.0 mL · min^-1 The column temperature was 25 ℃ and detection wavelength was set at 254 nm. Results:The linear response ranged from 0.68 to 3.40 μg of demethoxyhaleniasle and from 0.74 to 3.68 μg of haleniaside. The average recoveries were 99. 7% and 98. 8% respectively. Conclusion:The content of anti -hepatitis substance is the main component in summer between cultivated and wild Halaia ellipitica;artifical managements can make the content different in anti - hepatitis substance.
