摘要
目的完善藏药甲地然果的质量标准。方法查阅相关文献,系统归纳甲地然果中主要化学成分、微量元素及矿物元素的含量测定方法。结果已从甲地然果中分离出(口山)酮类、黄酮类、环烯醚萜类、挥发油类等化学成分,铜、锰、锌、铁等微量元素,铍、镉、钴、锂等矿物元素;主要采用高效液相色谱法、气相色谱串联质谱法、原子吸收光谱法、微波消解-电感耦合等离子体-发射光谱法等测定其含量。结论基于成分分离和药理学研究成果,开展药理学作用机制研究,可进一步完善甲地然果药材的质量标准。
Objective To improve the quality standard of Tibetan Herb Halenia elliptica.Methods The methods for the determination of the main chemical components,trace elements and mineral elements in Halenia elliptica were systematically summarized by referring to the relevant literature.Results Nearly 100 chemical components and 20 mineral elements,including xanthones and its glycosides,flavonoids,iridoids,volatile oils and others,have been isolated from Halenia elliptica.The content of these chemical components were determined by high-performance liquid chromatography,gas chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,atomic absorption spectrometry and micro-wave digestion inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry.Conclusion On the basis of the separation of components and pharmacological research,t he pharmacological mechanism of action was studied to further improve the quality standard of Halenia elliptica.
