摘要
目的分析不同海拔对椭圆叶花锚中5种抗肝炎活性成分含量的影响,为椭圆叶花锚种植最佳生长条件的选择提供理论依据.方法采用HPLC法同时测定青海省互助县7个野生样地椭圆叶花锚中花锚苷、去甲氧基花锚苷、獐牙菜苦苷、1-羟基-3,4,5-三甲氧基口山酮、异荭草苷5种抗肝炎活性成分含量作为评价指标,采用Excel 17.0和SPSS 22.0进行不同海拔与抗肝炎活性成分含量的分析.结果表明:互助县境内野生椭圆叶花锚5种抗肝炎成分含量在海拔2020~2440m范围内,随着海拔的不断升高无显著变化;在海拔2440~2622m范围内,5种抗肝炎成分含量随着海拔的不断升高有不同程度的降低;在海拔2622~3020m范围内,5种抗肝炎成分含量随着海拔的不断升高不同程度的升高.相关分析表明:在海拔2622~3020范围内,去甲氧基花锚苷含量与海拔成正相关.
Objective:to analyze the effect of different altitudes on the amount of 5 kinds of anti-hepatitis active ingredients in Halenia elliptica D.Don and to provide a theoretical basis for the selection of the optimal growth conditions for planting oval leaf anchor.Methods:the contents of five kinds of anti-hepatitis active components,haleniaside,demethoxyhaleniaside,1-hydroxy-3,4,5-tetramethoxyxanthone,isoorientin were determined by HPLC method in 7 wild samples of Huzhu xian County,Qinghai Province.Excel17.0 and SPSS22.0 was used to analyzethe content of anti-hepatitis active components at different altitudes.According to the results,the contents of 5 kinds of anti-hepatitisy components of wild Halenia elliptica D.Don in Huzhu xian County were within the range m altitude 2020-2440,and there was no significant change with the increasing altitude;at altitude of 2440-2622m,the content of 5 anti-hepatitis components decreased with increasing altitude;at altitude of 2622-3020m,the content of 5 anti-hepatitis components increased with increasing altitude.Correlation analysis showed that in the range of 2622-3020 above sea level,the content of demethoxyhaleniaside was positively correlated with altitude.
