摘要
目的建立以HPLC法测定保心宁胶囊中丹参酮ⅡA含量的方法。方法采用C18柱,以甲醇:水=82∶18为流动相,检测波长∶270nm,流速1.0ml/min。结果丹参酮ⅡA在0.0514～0.4112μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.99999,平均加样回收率为99.3%。结论本方法操作简便,方法可靠,结果准确、灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。
Objective To establish a HPLC for determination of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in capsules BaoXin- Ning. Method A C18 Column was used. The mobile phase was methanol： water = 82： 18, the detecting wavlength was at 270 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min. Result The linear range of Tanshinone 11 A was within 0. 0514 ～0. 4112μg. r = 0. 999 99, the average sample recovery was 99.3%. Conclusion This method has good repeatability, flexibility and high sensitivity. It can be used for quality control of capsules BaoXinNing.
