摘要 目的:研究以HPLC法测定抗癌颗粒中丹参素钠含量的方法。方法:采用Inertsil ODS-3柱.以乙腈-水-醋酸(8:160:1)为流动相,检测波长280nm。结果:丹参素钠在0.26-1.84mg(n=7)范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9996。平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD=1.36%(n=6)。结论:本法操作简便,结果可靠,重现性好,可作为该产品质量控制的方法。 Objective: To establish a method for determining Danshensu in Kangai Granula by HPLC. Methods: The Inertsil ODS-3 column was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile- water-acetic acid (8: 160: 1). Danshensu were determined by HPLC (X = 280 nm) . Results: The linear range of Danshensu was within 0.26 - 1.84 mg( n = 7), r = 0.9996, and its sample recovery was 99.8%, RSD = 1.36% ( n = 6). Conclusion: The trial shows that this method be simple, reliable and of good repeatability. It can be used for the quality control of the products.
