摘要
骨关节炎(OA)是中老年最常见的疾病之一,关节软骨的退行性变化是OA的主要特征。低氧诱导因子(HIF)是一种细胞在低氧时产生的调节细胞低氧反应基因表达的核转录因子。研究表明,HIF-1α参与了骨关节炎的发病过程。本文就HIF-1α的分子结构、调节及其在OA发病中的作用机制作一综述。
Osteoarthritis(OA) is one of the most common diseases in middle age and senior person, which is mainly characterized by degradation of articular cartilage. Hypoxia inducible factor(HIF) is a transcription factor which is generated by cells under hypoxia environment. HIF can promote the transcription of genes that response to hypoxia situation. Recently, several researches show that HIF-1α is involved in the pathogenesis of OA. This review summarized current knowledge of the structure, regulation and mechanism of HIF-1α in the pathogenesis of OA.
