摘要
本文分析了我国"十一五"节能投资需求,概述了我国节能融资现状与发展趋势,分析了节能投融资面临的主要障碍,并就促进节能融资提出了若干政策建议。
The paper analyzes energy conservation investment demand during the 11th Five-year period, and the status of current energy conservation financing and also introduces evolution trend of it. And then it briefs main barriers facing energy conservation investment and financing, and proposes the correspondent policy recommendations of promoting energy conservation financing.
