摘要
本文以湖北省中小企业初步探讨了经营者的人力资本与中小企业成长的关系,得出以下几个基本结论:经营者的知识、能力、经验和私有信息决定着企业成长的速度和路径。经营者的知识和能力在发现成长机遇和风险、选择最优成长路径和提高成长速度中起着关键作用。中小企业持续快速成长不仅取决于经营者的人力资本的存量和质量,也取决于经营者的对物质产权和人力资本产权的长期激励。从经营者人力资本的角度认识企业持续快速成长的障碍。
In the paper, it is concluded that the entrepreneur＇ human capital plays a leading role from analysis of SMEs＇ growthes in Hubei province by means of a multi-comparative mean and ANOVA by SPSS. The entrepreneur＇ knowledge, the ability, the experience and private information restrict the growth path and tate. The knowledge and the ability of an excel entrepreneur play a key role. A Sustainable rapid growth of a SME relys on not only the accumulate quantity and the quality of the entrepreneur＇ human capital but also long-term stimuli of property rights to the entrepreneur. Proposes of a Sustainable rapid growth of a SME are put forward in point view of the entrepreneur＇ human capital.
