摘要
葛根总黄酮500,1000mg/kg,连续po7d,能显著对抗反复性脑缺血大鼠脑组织含水量、Ca2+及丙二醛(MDA)的含量升高,Ca2+-ATPase及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的降低;还能明显延长小鼠断头后张口呼吸持续时间。
Puerariae isoflavone (500, 1000 mg/kg×7d, po) significantly antagonized the increase of water、 Ca 2+ and MDA contents and the attenuation of Ca 2+ ATP ase and SOD activity in the brain of rats treated with repeated brief ischemia referfusion, and markedly prolonged respiratory duration after decapitation in mice.
