摘要
运用LSS量表对我国普通高校民族传统体育项目教练员领导行为进行调查研究,发现:高校民族传统体育项目教练员在社会指导、民主、社会支持和奖励行为上自我估计过高;在运动员各特征及其一些水平上,在运动员喜欢的和教练员实际的领导行为各维度上都存在显著性差异,说明不同属性的运动员对教练员不同领导行为维度上存在不满意的情况。
It has made an analysis of the leading behavior of coaches of nationality traditional sports events in universities with LSS scale. It has been found that the coaches of nationality traditional sports events in universities evaluated themselves too high in social guidance, democracy, social support and reward. Each dimension of coach' s actual leading behavior has a significance difference at the level of athlete' s characteristics and his like. It has been shown that the athletes of different attribute are unsatisfied on the dimension of coach' s leading behavior.
