摘要
项目物流管理在公共工程项目的建设管理中发挥了积极的作用,但在运行过程中暴露出了一些普遍性的问题,结合工程实际,提出物流管理中存在问题的对策及措施。
Project logistics management plays a positive role in the construction and management of public works projects, but in the course of the operation it reveals a number of universal problems. Combination with engineering fact, this article points out the response measures to the problems in the logistics management.
