摘要
经济全球化意味着需要对供应链中各节点企业的产品质量、服务质量进行及时的评价和控制,将质量机能展开(QFD)与供应链管理结合起来,提出一种提高第三方物流效率与服务质量的管理方法,并采用质量控制的设计思路,通过存储能力、运输能力、组织协调能力等方面,对第三方物流展开质量评价,以提高供应链各节点企业的质量水平。
Economic globalization means it is nesscary to evaluate and control product quality and service quality of all the enterprise nodes in the supply chain. This paper will discuss the Quality Function Deployment＇s application in the third-party logistics, and will combine the supply chain with QFD to introduce a quality management method so as to improve the quality and efficiency of the third-party logistics services. To imitate the process of Quality control design to make quality evaluation of the third-party logistics.
