上海市辅读学校教师专业化状况的调查研究 被引量:4

An Investigation into Special Education Teachers' Professionalization in Shanghai

摘要 为有效推动我国培智教育的改革和发展,本研究采用问卷和访谈对上海市163名辅读学校教师进行调查,了解其专业化状况。结果发现:辅读学校中接受过特殊教育专业培养的教师比例不高;教师的特殊教育相关知识尚需更新和拓展,康复训练、行为矫治及特殊儿童家庭教育指导等专业技能亟待补充和提高;教师专业化发展需求是多方面的,但更为急切的是技能专业化的发展需求。当前,辅读学校教师的专业化水平离实际教育需要尚存一定差距,亟需改进。 To promote the reform and development of special education, the research investigates 163 special education teachers in Shanghai through questionnaire and interview. The results indicate that the ratio of teachers who have received professional training is not high. Teachers'. special education knowledge needs to be updated and expanded, and their professional skills such as rehabilitation training, behavior treatment as well as family education guidance need to be increased and improved. Teachers' professionalization development needs are extensive, but what is more urgent is the development of professional skills. At present, teachers' professionalization level needs to be improved to meet the educational needs.
