摘要 本文测定了沙棘果油、压榨籽油、浸出籽油、脱色籽油四种不同沙棘油的酸价、碘价、皂化价、不皂化价.采用在油样中加入饱和食盐水的方法,解决了由于沙棘油的颜色较深,测定酸价时滴定终点的不易观察的困难.测量碘价时,采用对比试验,分析研究了淀粉指示剂的加入对测定过程中颜色变化的影响. The acid value, iodine value, saponification value and unsaponification value of four different kinds of seabuckthorn oils including: seabuckthorn fruit oil, oppression seed oil, immersion seed oil and decolored seed oil were measured. Saturated sodium chloride was added into the oil to resolve the difficulty in observation caused by the dark color of the oil. When measuring iodine value, contrasting experiments were used to study the effects that the adding of amylum exerts on the color changes during the measuring process.
