摘要
对白刺、沙棘、枸杞籽油的化学成分进行了对比研究。三种籽油的相对密度、折光指数、皂化价基本一致,碘价与脂肪酸的不饱和度呈正相关;采用HPLC法测定了3种脂溶性维生素,其中VA、VD3含量未检出,白刺、沙棘、枸杞籽油VE含量分别为(256±5)、(1687±23)、(124±4)IU/kg,差异非常显著;采用GC—MS法分析了三种籽油脂肪酸的化学组成和各成分含量,共鉴定出15种脂肪酸,占油脂总量的99.49%以上,其中不饱和脂肪酸总量分别高达92.27%、88.40%、90.73%,特别是多不饱和脂肪酸的种类、含量差异显著。结果表明,三种籽油具有较高的营养价值,值得进一步深度研究和开发利用。
The determination of characteristic indexes,fat-soluble vitamines and fatty acid compositions in seed oils of Nitraria, Seabuckthorn and Wolfbery in Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau was carried out. A comparative study of those Chemical Constituents was presented. The refractive index, relative density and saponification value of those seed oils are similar, and a positive correlation between characteristic indexes and degree of unsaturation of fatty acid in those seed oils is indicated. Three fat-soluble vitamines were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The amount of Vitamine A and Vitamine D3 is not detected. The amount of Vitamine E in those seed oils of Nitraria, Seabuckthorn and Wolfbery is respectively (256±5), ( 1687±23), ( 124 ±4 ) IU/kg,and they are of great difference. The fatty acid compositions of those samples were respectively identified and quantified by gas chromatography(GC)-mass spectrometry (MS). Fifteen fatty acids ( accounting for 99.49 % of total oil) were identified, and the amount of unsaturated fatty acids is respectively 92.27% ,88.40% ,90.73%. The types and contents of polyunsaturated fatty acids are significantly different. The amount of linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid in seed oil of Nitraria is respectively 69.70% ,0.95% , the amount of linoleic acid and α-linolenic acid in seed oil of Seabuckthom is respectively 40.74% ,22.68% ,the amount of linoleic acid, γ-linolenic acid and α-linolenic acid in seed oil of Wolfbery is respectively 67.33% ,2.12% , 0.77%. They are thus important dietary resources of functional fatty acids.
