摘要
[目的]了解家蚕品种性状与抗逆性的关系。[方法]应用因子分析方法对15个家蚕品种的3个抗逆性状及若干品种性状进行分析。[结果]所分析的这些性状可以综合为4个主因子性状群:抗逆性状因子、经济性状因子、茧质性状因子和生长发育因子;通过提高家蚕品种的虫蛹率,可以增强家蚕的耐氟性和耐高温多湿性,但不利于改良家蚕的耐吃湿叶性,对家蚕幼虫生命率、全茧量和茧层量的提高只能协调改良。[结论]由于因子间具有独立性,可依据该群体因子的相对重要性,采取有重点的逐步改良方法,以提高育种效率。
[Objective]The study aimed to understand the relationship between stress-resistance and some variety characters of silkworm.[Method] Three stress-resistances characters and some variety characters of the fifteen silkworm strains were analyzed by the factor analysis method.[Result] Four principal character factor clusters as stress-resistance factor,economic factor,cocoon factor and growth factor were resulted from these analytic characters.With the larva-pupa rate enhancing,both resistance to fluorin and tolerance to heat and damp of silkworm could be improved,but made against to meliorate taking wet leaf.In order to heighten the survival rate of larvae,whole cocoon weight and cocoon shell weight of silkworm,they could only be improved by assorting with all factors.[Conclusion] The factors were independency.According to the significance of the colony factor key methods were taken to enhance the efficiency of breeding step by step.
