摘要
本试验对家蚕47个品种的10项数量性状进行了主成分分析,结果表明:选取前 3个特征根所确定的综合指标作为主成分是适宜的,每一主成分具有一定的家蚕生物学意义。通过主成分值的计算,选出了数个经济性状优良的品种。把主成分分析运用于评价亲本育种价值方面,为合理选择杂交亲本提供参考。
This study investigated 10 characters of 47 silkworm strains by principal component analysis. The results indicated that it was acceptable to take three indepedent component factors, and the every principal component factor had its own biological means, According to the principal component value, several excellent strains were selected.
