摘要
洛伐他汀（lovastatin，1）为羟甲基戊二酸单酰辅酶A（HMG CoA）还原酶抑制剂类降血脂药，已列入我国国家基本药物目录。1几乎不溶于水，生物利用度低，解决其口服制剂的溶出度问题已成为制剂的关键。国内曾有1缓释片的研究报道^[1,2]。固体分散体可改善难溶药物的溶解性，有关1固体分散体的研究尚未见报道。
Lovastatin solid dispersions contained different ratios of PVP K30 or PEG 6000 as carrier were prepared with solvent method and fusion method respectively. The in vitro test showed that both kinds of lovastatin solid dispersions could increase the dissolution rate. The dissolution rates were similar when the weight ratio of drug and carrier was higher than 1 ： 5. The dissolution rate of lovastatin solid dispersions with the weight ratio of drug and PVP K30 of 1 ： 5 was faster than that of common capsules.
