摘要
将氨水助溶搅拌得到的溶液,分别用冷冻干燥和喷雾干燥法挥去溶剂制备了2种吡罗昔康-β-环糊精包合物,并考察了包合率、粉体学性质、体外溶出速率。结果表明,2种包合物的包合率均大于90%,体外溶出速率显著快于原药和物理混合物。2种包合物具有不同的粉体学性质,表明干燥方法对其有重要影响。本试验制备的2种产物流动性均较差。相较而言,喷雾干燥法制品较有工业化前景。
The solution of piroxicam (1) -β-cyclodextrin inclusion compound was prepared using ammonia water as an auxiliary solvent and were dried by freeze drying method and spray drying method, respectively. The inclusion rate, powder characteristic and in vitro dissolution rate of two inclusion compounds were tested. The results showed that the inclusion rates of two products were above 90 %, and their dissolution rate was significantly faster than bulk drug and mixture of drug and β-cyclodextrin. But the powder characteristics were different. It was indicated that drying method had an important effect on this property. However, the flowabilities of the two products were unsatisfactory. The product dried by spray drying method was probable for industrialization.
