摘要
目的:测定食品中铅的含量。方法:用压力溶弹法对试样进行消解,消解过的试样用石墨炉原子吸收法测食品中铅的含量。结果:本法测定的最低检出限为0.02 mg/kg,回收率为91.7%~99.8%,与国标湿法消解比较无明显差异。结论:该方法简便,节约试剂,准确可靠,适合日常大批量样品检测。
Objective: To detect the contents of lead in food.Methods:Pretest sample by high pressure digestion,then determine content of lead by GFAAS.Results:The lowest detection limit of the method was 0.02 mg/kg,the recovery rate was 91.7%~99.8%.The results were consistent with the present national standard.Conclusion:The high pressure digestion is simple,reagent-saving,accurate and it is suitable for daily detection of large numbers of samples.
