摘要
研究了用微波等离子体炬原子发射光谱法(MPT—AES)测定催化剂中铜和钠含量的方法。考察了测定铜和钠的实验参数,选择了测定的最佳条件,并考察了共存离子的干扰情况。催化剂使用压力溶弹处理,并用标准加入法来消除基体干扰。实验结果表明,铜和钠的检出限分别为2.0、4.2ug/L,方法的RSD均小于2.2%,线性范围分别为O.01~12.0mg/L和0.02~8.0mg/L。样品测定的RSD均小于2.9%,加标回收率均在96.1%~102%之间。
In this paper, a method for the determination of copper and sodium in catalysts was studied by microwave plasma atomic emission spectrometry (MPF-AES) with a pneumatic nebulizer sample introduction system. Optimization of the experimental parameters was performed. The effects of coexistent ions (K( Ⅰ ), Na( Ⅰ ), AI(Ⅲ ), Cu( Ⅱ ), etc) on the determination of copper and sodium were investigated. Pressure vessel was explored in this paper. Further more, standard addition method was used to overcome matrix effect. The results show that the detection limits for copper and sodium are 2.0 and 4.2 ug/L, respectively; the relative standard deviation (RSD) is less than 2.2%; the linear range are 0.01 - 12.0 mg/L and 0.02 - 8.0 mg/L, respectively. The recoveries are between 96.1% and 102%.
