摘要
目的:确定姜黄素对鼠黑素瘤的抑制效应。方法:建立鼠黑素瘤模型,予以不同剂量姜黄素干预。采用Western blot方法检测不同瘤组织中生存素(survivin)及MMP-2的表达水平。结果:姜黄素可以抑制恶性黑素瘤的生长,50mg/kg姜黄素抑瘤率可达55.56%。各干预组中survivin及MMP-2的表达水平较肿瘤对照组均下调(P<0.05)。结论:姜黄素具有抑制鼠恶性黑素瘤生长的作用,其机制可能与其抑制survivin及MMP-2的表达有关。
Objective: To determine the inhibitory- effect of eurcumin on mice malignant melanoma, Methods: A model of melanoma tumor- beating mice was established and intervened with different doses of curcumin. The expressions of survivin and MMP- 2 were measured by Western blotting, Results: Curcumin inhibited the growth of melanoma. The inhibition rate with 50 mg/kg of curcumin reached up to 55.56%. The expression levels of survivn and MMP - 2 in tumor tissues were down - regulated ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: Curcumin can inhibite the growth of malignant melanoma in mice and the mechanism may be related to the inhibited expression of survivin and MMP - 2.
