摘要
目的总结椎管内肿瘤患者术后发生并发症的原因和护理对策。方法回顾性分析2005年11月～2007年11月500例椎管内肿瘤患者术后并发症的发生情况及相关因素，并提出针对性的护理措施。结果本组患者发生术后并发症39例（7．8％），其中腹胀20例、脑脊液伤口漏10例、感染7例、脊髓压迫症2例。结论加强相关指征的观察，严格无菌操作，合理使用抗生素，根据相关因素采取针对性的治疗和护理，有利于减少椎管内肿瘤患者术后并发症的发生，促进患者康复。
Objective To summarize the causes and nursing strategies of postoperative complications in patients with intra- vertebral canal tumors. Methods Postoperative complications and their causes in 500 patients with intra-vertebral canal tumors were retrospectively analyzed. Relevant nursing strategies were proposed. Result Postoperative complications occurred in 39 patients, with 20 cases of abdominal distention, 10 cases of cerebrospinal fluid leakage, 7 cases of infection and 2 cases of compressive myelopathy. Conclusion Careful observation of related signs, sterile operation, rational use of antibiotics, and relevant treatment and nursing are beneficial to the decrease of postoperative complications and the recovery.
